What you accept
When you request a residential or commercial cleaning appointment, you agree to provide accurate access details and a safe working environment. Irwin's Clean agrees to confirm the service, arrive within the agreed window, and perform the selected cleaning tasks with reasonable care. The booking details, quoted price, and any written changes are part of this agreement.
Some work needs a closer look first. We may adjust the scope or price when site conditions differ from the information supplied at booking.
- Give clear instructions about entry, parking, pets, alarms, and priority areas.
- Remove fragile, valuable, or personal items before the team arrives.
- Keep children, pets, and other occupants away from active work areas.
- Provide working water, electricity, and ordinary lighting when required.
- Tell us about hazards, damage, pests, mold, or strong chemical residue in advance.
- Review the completed service promptly and report concerns within 24 hours.
- Pay the confirmed amount according to the payment terms for the appointment.

Timing, payment, and changes
Payment
Payment is due at the time stated in your confirmation. Extra approved work is added to the final amount.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as plans change. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge when preparation or travel has already taken place.
Scope changes
Move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, and commercial requests can require revised time or pricing after review.
Service concerns
Send a written description within 24 hours so we can review the affected area and discuss a reasonable remedy.
Care and responsibility
A fair standard for both sides
Irwin's Clean takes reasonable care while working on your property. Cleaning can reveal pre-existing wear, loose fittings, fragile finishes, or damage that was hidden by soil. We cannot accept responsibility for conditions we could not reasonably identify or for items that were not secured before service.
Safety comes first. We may pause or decline work involving unsafe access, bodily fluids, hazardous materials, active infestations, or conditions outside the agreed service scope.
